Vic McGlynn is easy to spot. A strapping 6ft ginger of questionable gender – she literally oozes sebum.

Considered the UK’s Number 1 Caucasian Grace Jones Impersonator, her main interest is writing in the third person, shortly followed by music – all of it. Radio-wise, she’s been around the block at the nubile age of 33. If her mouth had given birth, it would have resulted in an aural prolapse and a shiny golden runt.

Presenting on BBC 6 Music daytime for several years, she departed London for Australia, before returning intent on settling in the North where words as ‘snicket’ and ‘hello’ could be used liberally and without prejudice.

Vic’s current ambitions include entering the Egremont Gurning Championships, patenting her ‘gig stilts’ for small concert goers, and kicking a goose.
